What counts as a 'support ticket' or 'included hours'?
Set & Forget and Growth+ plans include support tickets for small fixes ≤30 minutes (copy swaps, image changes, minor CSS tweaks). Premium and Enterprise plans include monthly hour banks for design/dev/SEO/content work, with larger items estimated upfront.
What happens if I need more hours than included?
You can purchase additional hours at £60/hour, or buy discounted hour packs: 10 hours for £500, or 25 hours for £1,400. Alternatively, you can wait until next month when your hour bank refills.
Are there any minimum terms or contracts?
If your plan includes a new build or full redesign, there's a 3-month minimum (which waives onboarding fees). Otherwise, plans are month-to-month with 30-day cancellation notice.
Can I add e-commerce to my website?
E-commerce add-ons are available for Premium (+£300/month for up to 75 SKUs) and Enterprise (+£700/month for up to 500 SKUs) plans only. Both include payment processing, inventory management, and AI-powered product descriptions.
What's not included in these plans?
Rebrands/re-themes, bespoke web apps, deep ERP/POS integrations, advanced data migrations, paid ads management, brand identity, and professional photography require separate statements of work.
What are the SLA response times?
Set & Forget and Growth+: 3-5 business days. Premium: 48-72 hours priority queue. Enterprise: 24-48 hours with critical incident hotline. All during UK business hours (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays).
Do I own my website and content?
Your content and data are yours. We license our internal components and templates to you during your subscription. Full code handovers are available under separate SOW if moving off-platform.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
With 30 days notice, your subscription ends and the website goes down. We can discuss data export options or code handover under a separate agreement if needed.
